The day began with a yellow science observation. Yellow food coloring was added to the water of an assortment of white flowers. Ramonita is confident that there will be an observable change come monday. The students also explored a variety of yellow objects. Many students sorted through all the items to find things like small teddy bears, trucks, and feathers -- all in yellow!
An exciting development took place in the social world of 1B today. We have begun to mingle with the Pre-K class due to the convenient location of a senssory table. It was a lot of fun to see the 4 and 5 year olds relate to the 2 year olds. I hope the relationship between the two rooms will grow stronger.
