The morning began with a new element to our classroom. We will be working with a series of simple machines. It's hard to tell at this point what about these particular toys will spark interest and what discoveries could develop. Within our first day with this particular set up, the students are most interested in the colorful bears in the cups. We also spend some time working with flowers and paint. Some students painted their flowers with their hands. Others painted the paper they were given using the flowers as a tool.
