The class spent the day exploring the season, Fall. During our trip to the park, each class member was given a leaf to explore with the sense of touch and sight. We talked about the texture of the leaves and the colors we saw above us and on the ground. We talked about how the leaves fall from the trees. Our outing was completed with a trip to explore a large pumpkin in our neighborhood! We talked about the size and color of the pumpkin and what it felt like.
