1B spent the day in a variety of art projects in preparation for the fair next week. We experimented with a fun printing technique introduced by Ramonita. By using a variety of materials (rice, beans, marbles, sand) inside of stockings, the students were able to dab and bounce and squish a variety of textures onto paper with a colorful array of paint. We also took some time to visit of our butterflies for a while, as well as enjoyed our French class with Deb.
