I was reminded with Beach Day on Friday just how much the students love to play in the sand and what a valuable play experience that can be. So, today we opened the sand box with an assortment of tools for the students to work with. While in and out of the sand, the students were are also invited to participate in a painting activity! We had a wonderful French lesson with the introduction of some new songs about spring.
